Refund Policy
Simple, clear rules on cancellations and refunds.
Our approach
We want you to be happy with our work. Because much of what we do is custom work that uses our time and skills from day one, refunds depend on how far the work has progressed. This page explains clearly when a refund is possible. It applies to purchases made from Right Win Medias, Salem, Tamil Nadu.
Your quote, invoice or written agreement may set specific terms for your project. Where it does, those terms apply along with this policy.
Refunds at a glance

| You cancel before we have started any work | Full refund of what you paid, less any payment gateway or bank charges. |
| You cancel after work has started | No refund for work already done or started. If a part of a prepaid project has not been started, we refund that unused part. |
| Delivered work that you have approved or used | Not refundable. |
| We cannot deliver what was agreed | Refund of the part of the fee for the undelivered work. |
| Monthly service (retainer) | Cancel with 7 days’ notice. The current paid month is not refunded once work for it has started. |
| Digital tools and subscriptions (Digital Business Card, QR Studio and similar) | Not refundable after the plan or product is activated, except where the product has a technical fault we are unable to fix. |
| Duplicate or failed payment | Full refund of the extra or failed amount. |
How to ask for a refund
- Contact us within 7 days of the payment or of the issue happening.
- Send your name, the payment date and amount, the service, and the reason for your request.
- We will review it and reply within 5 working days.

When you receive the money
Approved refunds are paid back to the original payment method (or by bank transfer where that is not possible). This normally takes 7 to 10 working days after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider.
What is not refundable
- Third-party costs we paid on your behalf (for example domain names, hosting, stock media, platform fees, advertising spend).
- Payment gateway or bank charges on the original payment, except for a duplicate or failed payment.
- Results that were not achieved, since we do not guarantee specific numbers of followers, leads, sales, rankings or reviews (see our Terms & Conditions).
- Work stopped because required content, access or approvals were not provided in a reasonable time.
Cancelling a service
Please tell us in writing (WhatsApp or email) if you want to stop a project or monthly service. Work done up to that date is charged, as explained above.
If something goes wrong
If you are not happy with a delivery, please tell us first. We will try to fix it through the agreed revisions. Most issues can be solved by talking.
Your legal rights
This policy does not take away any rights you have under applicable Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
