Who we are
Right Win Medias (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a digital marketing and AI growth business based in Salem, Tamil Nadu, India, led by Shafi. This policy explains what personal information we collect on rightwinmedias.com (our “website”), why we collect it, and the choices you have.
By using our website or contacting us, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Information we collect
1. Information you give us
- Your name, phone number, email address, business name and the message you send us when you contact us by WhatsApp, email, phone or a booking tool.
- Details you share when you ask about our services, request a program or discuss being a guest on our podcast.
- The text you type into tools on our website, such as the AI Program Suggestion.
- Messages you send to our WhatsApp number +91 98421 16692, which is answered by an automated AI assistant (see the WhatsApp assistant section).
The Quick Enquiry on our website opens WhatsApp with a ready message. The message is only sent when you press send in WhatsApp, and it then reaches us through WhatsApp.
2. Information collected automatically
- Technical data such as your IP address, browser, device type, pages you view and the time you visit.
- Information from cookies and similar technologies (see the Cookies section).
3. What we do not ask for
We do not ask for passwords, card numbers, bank PINs or OTPs through our website. Please never share these with us in a form or message.

- To prepare quotes, proposals and invoices, and to manage our work with you.
- To understand how visitors use our website and improve its speed, content and usability.
- To keep our website secure and prevent misuse or spam.

Legal basis
We handle personal data in line with applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the rules made under them. We process your data with your consent, or for purposes the law permits, such as responding to a request you made to us. You can withdraw your consent at any time (see Your rights).
AI Program Suggestion
Our website has a tool that suggests a program based on what you type. The text you enter is processed on our server and may be sent to an AI service provider (we currently use OpenAI) to prepare the suggestion. Please do not type private or sensitive details such as phone numbers, ID numbers, health or financial information into this tool. We use the text only to produce your suggestion and to protect the tool from misuse.
WhatsApp assistant
Our WhatsApp number +91 98421 16692 is answered instantly by an automated AI assistant. It is built on a chatbot service provided by Chatbase and runs on Meta’s WhatsApp Business platform. The messages you send, your phone number and your WhatsApp name are processed by these providers to prepare replies, and conversations may be stored by us and by them. WhatsApp’s and Meta’s own privacy policies also apply to your use of WhatsApp.
Please do not send sensitive details such as OTPs, passwords, card or bank details or ID numbers in the chat. You can also message Shafi directly on +91 98427 16692.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, to provide our services, or to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. After that we delete it or make it anonymous. Enquiry chats and emails are normally kept while we are in touch with you and for a reasonable period afterwards.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your information, such as secure (HTTPS) connections, access controls and trusted providers. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Your rights
You may ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you;
- correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
- delete your information, where we are not required to keep it;
- stop sending you marketing messages and withdraw consent you gave earlier.
To make a request, contact us (see Contact and grievances). We will reply within a reasonable time and may need to confirm who you are first.
Children
Our website and services are meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Our website links to other sites we run, such as fnf360.in (Founders & Futures podcast) and digivcard360.in (Digital Business Card, Review Booster, QR Studio, Pitch Studio), and to social media and other third-party sites. Each of these may have its own privacy policy. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of sites we do not control, so please read their policies.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated policy.
