Agreement to these terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of rightwinmedias.com and to the services provided by Right Win Medias (“we”, “us”), Salem, Tamil Nadu, India. By using the website, contacting us for work, or paying us, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Disclaimer.

Our services

We offer digital marketing and growth services and tools, which may include:

• AI content and social media strategy and ready-made programs
• Founders & Futures podcast production and guest features
• Digital Business Card, Review Booster, QR Studio and Pitch Studio (on digivcard360.in)
• B2B and B2C platforms, 360° virtual tours, mini websites and e-commerce, and other digital platforms

The exact services, deliverables, timelines and price for each project are set out in a written quote, proposal, invoice or WhatsApp/email confirmation (“the agreed scope”).

Quotes, scope and changes

Work starts only after you accept the agreed scope and, where we ask for it, pay the advance. Anything outside the agreed scope is extra work and will be quoted separately. Prices may change for new orders; the price in your accepted quote stays valid for that project.

What we need from you

• Give us accurate information, content, logos, access and approvals on time.
• Make sure you own, or have permission to use, all material you give us (text, images, music, videos, brand names).
• Review our work promptly. Delays on your side can move delivery dates.
• Follow the rules of the platforms we work on (Google, Meta, YouTube and others).

Payment

• Fees are in Indian rupees (INR) unless we agree otherwise, and taxes such as GST are added where applicable.
• We may ask for an advance or milestone payments before or during a project. Payment terms are shown in your quote or invoice.
• Late payments may pause the work until the amount is cleared.
• Fees paid to third parties (for example advertising budgets, domain names, hosting, stock media, platform fees) are not part of our fee unless we say so, and are paid by you.

Timelines and revisions

We give timelines in good faith and work to meet them, but dates depend on your approvals and on factors outside our control. Your quote states how many rounds of reasonable revisions are included. Extra revisions or a change of direction may be charged.

Ownership of work

• After full payment, you own the final deliverables made specifically for you, such as your final designs, posts and written content.
• We keep ownership of our tools, software, templates, programs, methods, formats and know-how, and of anything created before or outside your project.
• Third-party material (fonts, stock media, music, plug-ins) stays under its own licence.
• Unless you tell us in writing not to, we may show the finished work in our portfolio and case studies, without sharing confidential information.

No guarantee of results

Marketing results depend on many things, including your product, market, budget, competition and platform rules and algorithms. We work carefully and professionally, but we do not guarantee any particular number of followers, views, leads, sales, search rankings or reviews.

AI-generated content and tools

Some of our tools and services use artificial intelligence. AI output can contain mistakes. You are responsible for reading and checking any AI-generated content, including content from the Program Suggestion tool and Review Booster reply assistant, before you use or publish it. AI output is not professional, legal, medical or financial advice.

Replies from our WhatsApp assistant (+91 98421 16692) are automated and for general information. They are not a quote, offer or agreement. Prices, scope and timelines are confirmed only in our written quote or invoice.

Reviews and Review Booster

When you use Review Booster or any review tool, reviews must be genuine and written by real customers about their real experience. You must not offer fake reviews, post reviews for people, or break the rules of Google or any other platform. We are not responsible for reviews being removed or not shown by a platform.

Podcast and guests

Guests on Founders & Futures agree that their conversation may be recorded, edited and published on our website, podcast platforms and social media. Views expressed by guests are their own and not ours. We decide what is published and may decline or remove an episode where needed.

Our other websites and tools

Services on digivcard360.in, fnf360.in and our other platforms may have additional terms shown on those websites. If there is a difference, the terms on that website apply to that service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use our website or services to break any law, send spam or harmful code, upload unlawful or misleading content, infringe other people’s rights, or try to break into or overload our systems. We may suspend access if these rules are broken.

Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, or for problems caused by third-party platforms, outages or events outside our control. Our total liability for any claim connected with a project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project. Nothing in these terms removes any right you have under law that cannot be excluded, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Ending the work

Either of us may end a project or monthly service by giving written notice (WhatsApp or email is fine). You must pay for work done and costs incurred up to the end date. We may stop work if you break these terms or do not pay.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Salem, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction over any dispute, after we have first tried in good faith to settle it by talking to each other.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version. Using the website or our services after a change means you accept it.
