We are not responsible for, and expressly disclaim all liability for, any issues, disputes, or damages that may arise between users of the portal. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Financial Matters: Any issues related to payments, contracts, fees, or monetary transactions.
  • Social Media and Content: Any issues related to content creation, social media releases, campaign performance, or deliverables.
  • Logistics and Location: Any issues related to physical location, travel, or event logistics.

All transactions and agreements are conducted solely between the Buyer and the Provider, and they are responsible for their own due diligence.
